FIND A PHARMACY

Hispanic-couple-300x200 (1).jpg

When you seek an online Canadian pharmacy, you're beginning your journey to significant prescription savings.

However, do your due dilegence to ensure you are buying from a licensed, legitimate pharmacy - preferably approved by an independent organization.

For example, here's one such listing of several dozen pharmacies certified and approved by a leading Canadian pharmaceutical trade association: Canadian Pharmacy List.

Tips for Assessing Online Pharmacies

Check that a pharmacy:

  • Requires a valid prescription before dispensing medications;

  • Obtains demographic and medical information and maintain a health profile with medication history to avoid adverse drug interactions;

  • Has a licensed pharmacist on staff to supervise dispensing of medications and provide consultation upon request;

  • Protects the privacy and confidentiality of your personal records and contact information;

  • Does not sell controlled substances, narcotics, pseudoephedrine products, or highly temperature sensitive products;

  • Meets website security requirements;

  • Publishes contact information for customer service;

  • Sells quantities of approximately 3-months’ supply at a time; and

  • Discloses the pharmacy location prior to purchase
