¿Por qué es importante para usted la importación de recetas?
¿Qué pasaría si no tuviera acceso asequible a sus medicamentos?

I have asthma. Inhalers are very expensive in the U.S. even with RX insurance…..to the point I cannot afford them. When my pulmonary physician suggested trying Canadian pharmacies it made all the difference. The cost is so much less. I’ve been ordering from Canada for over 10 years now and have been very happy with the service and product!

The prescription for Estring provides relief for uncomfortable menopausal symptoms. The retail price is 479.23 which is not affordable to me. I am able to purchase it through a Canadian Pharmacy for $119.00 which I am extremely grateful for.

I cannot use generic eye drops to fight glaucoma, my eye doctor has tried but they did not work. I must use Lumigan. By going through Canadian Pharmacy I save $200.00 a month. I cannot afford the U.S. price.

I have suffered from bipolar depression all my life. I have tried every antidepressant out there, and I finally found one that worked after countless suicide attempts, without this antidepressant that I take again and try to kill myself. So, as you can see this is a life or death situation. This medication costs $500 a month in the USA, but from Canada it only costs $65 a month. I’m saving $435 dollars a month.

I cannot get my medication in the US and there are no substitutes. It should not be so worrisome to get an old med at 80 years old!!!

I suffer from the psychiatric effects of Huntington's Disease. My medication has turned my life around in terms of employment stability and psychological well-being. My income is low and if I had to use domestic sources for my thorazin (chlorpromazine) I would be largely unable to put money away for future retirement costs. I'm 62. Even If I used the cheapest domestic source, Wal-Mart, my thorazin would cost over 7 times as much. My other medication is Zoloft, which happens to be affordable from U.S. suppliers. Saving all that money gives me more peace of mind.

Prescription importation is important to me because without access to the cheaper prescriptions that are available from Canada, I would not be able to afford to control my type 2 diabetes. With my Part D prescription plan my Jardiance prescription costs $462 and my Janumet prescription costs $423. Through my Canadian Pharmacy the same prescriptions cost $183 and $103. A savings of $597.

Importation is important because it allows me to be able to afford the medication I currently take otherwise I would have to take a half a dose at a time. My medication cost 200.00 a month for 1 prescription. I found importing cost 65.00 dollars for a 3 month supply, that is 21.66 a month which is a huge savings and allows me to take the proper dosage for my hormone health. The cost savings allow me to continue spending time with my family, physically and mentally due to taking my medication as prescribed and not missing a dose. It is life changing.
