I have payed 1000.00 for 6 weeks of my medication. I was unable to pay my house payment. I would die if you take away this access for my medication. I save $845.00 every six weeks. Prescription importation is helping me stay alive for my grandchildren, family, ensures the ability to take care of myself.

I get brand name meds for a lot less. $400 a month with no insurance and from Canada I pay $113 for 300 pills. It is less stress and I know my medicine is helping me get on with life.

Severe migraines are debilitating. Some of my migraines have lasted for 5-7 DAYS. Medicare does not recognize my migraine meds as "necessary" and will not even apply them to my deduction if I pay full price. The cheapest price I could find for my migraine meds was $32 per pill. Through Canadian pharmacies I pay $8 per pill.

I have A-Fib and my doctor wanted me to take Eliquis regularly so that if I went into A-Fib I would be protected from a stroke. The problem was that Eliquis costs hundreds of dollars which would be very hard on my budget. I was able to get the same medication made by the same company at a fraction of the U.S. cost from Canada.
The same is true of an inhaler used to treat my asthma. The inhaler cost hundreds of dollars a month in the U.S. and I was able to buy the exact same inhaler at a fraction of the U.S. price. I really depend on getting medication from Canada.

Eliquis prevents me from having pulmonary embolism again, possibly a consequence of the Pfizer Covid Vaccine. If I didn't have access to the generic in Canada, I would die. Previous over $600 per quarter in the US, now about $150 online.
